PARTNERING
We, Don and Ilene Nagle, have been working in full-time ministry in the San Quintin valley of Baja California since 2003 and have been partnering with Pastor Ramon Ross Rubio and wife Esther since 2005 under the auspices of the provisional conference of Free Methodists of Baja California, Mexico.
Ramon and our vision was to develop a Bible Institute/Seminary to
prepare servant-leaders as pastors, lay leaders and missionaries to unreached people groups in Mexico and around the world. Our partnership has been one of mutual love, respect and unity.
This last winter Pastor Dwight and wife Sarah Hires were accepted as our partners in full-time ministry with us. They begin language school January 2010 and will return in June to begin receiving a number of church
teams who are coming to Mexico to serve. Their ministry will grow but we know already that God has called them as "parents" to model faith and action in love to our Bible school students.
Mandy Rogers has just completed language school and will begin her two year internship with NLM in January of 2010. She will also be attending Instituto Biblico Baja as a student. The women students are awaiting her arrival with high anticipation. These girls are new believers and looking forward to Mandy's maturity and modeling.
Church teams are a vital and integral part of this international partnership. Church teams and individuals bring energy and excitement, intercessory prayer, and experience and resources. Lives are changed
within a team and within the lives of the Mexican people receiving them.
